At Qivora, we want you to love your order. Due to the custom nature of our printed streetwear, please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Opening Video is Compulsory

For any return or exchange request, a full unboxing/opening video is mandatory Your video must show:

•⁠ ⁠The sealed package with the shipping label clearly visible.
•⁠ ⁠The complete unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
•⁠ ⁠The product's condition as soon as it is opened.

⁠Important: No opening video = No return or exchange will be processed.

2. Exchange Only For

We accept exchanges exclusively for:

•⁠ ⁠Wrong product sent.
•⁠ ⁠Defective/damaged product (e.g., print issues or stitching defects).

Note: Requests must be sent along with the opening video within 24 hours of delivery.

3. No Returns For

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

•⁠ ⁠Change of mind.
•⁠ ⁠Wrong size selected by the customer.
•⁠ ⁠Dislike of design or color.
•⁠ ⁠Damage caused after use or washing.

4. How to Claim

Email us at qivoraglobal.official@gmail.com with the subject line: "Opening Video + [Your Order ID]". Attach your uncut unboxing video. Our team will verify the claim and confirm your exchange within 2 working days.

5. COD Orders

Cancellation is not possible after the order has been dispatched. A COD verification OTP must be completed for successful delivery.
